refused to honour guarantee any excuse…

refused to honour guarantee any excuse not to replace said they sent a replacement then said they did not have any more even though they still had them on sale ,then said they would refund me but 3 times said they had sent my refund details to their accounts dept then stopped reply to my messages , i would suggest you avoid this company

sent an old £20 to be changed by post, they said they had no record of it ,so refused to honour the exchange
