Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Quick and efficient service, very quick reply from the consultant with useful information regarding the medication. The only downside was that l wanted to try a different medication but as it was a repeat order there did not seem to be an option to add anything different to the basket Other than that, completely satisfied.
