Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Excellent service and weight loss
After a great deal of thought and tons of research I decided to try weight loss injections. I chose Lloyds pharmacy as it was important to choose a reputable pharmacy rather than potential dodgy deals online. I chose Mounjaro. Lloyds are very professional and knowledgeable about weight loss and keep in close contact to ensure everything is going well. There were a few side effects like nausea (I never vomitted), heart burn (especially after eating greasy food). Diarrhoea but only for a couple of days. Headaches while my body was getting used to the injections. Nothing was that bad that I was tempted to stop the treatment. At first I was eating as normal (too much as always), but I only did this a few times as that is when the nausea and heartburn kicked in. I made sure I was eating fruit and veg as well as protein and carbs. If I wanted chocolate or sweets then I had them but I could only have a little bit. I have never felt hungry since the day after I started the injections, also I lost cravings and before i had massive cravings. Weight loss was steady and I have now lost 3 stone (within 5 months, and i don't have the Sharon Osbourne "face". I feel and look great and getting into my old slim clothes is absolutely fantastic. I exercise regularly, aerobics, cycling and walking. Re-ordering is simple, each time you have to fill out the questionnaire which only takes a minute. You are able to contact their doctor at anytime, as many times as you want to if need be (at no cost). I have another stone to lose before I hit my target weight and I will be seeking their help and support to ensure I don't put the weight back on and whether it's ok to continue with a lower dose injection. If you're thinking of these injections, use Lloyds pharmacy, you will not regret it. Another thing to mention is just because you don't feel hungry, it is very important that you do eat, otherwise weight loss will be too rapid causing very loose skin and you will get that "face". Obviously not eating is dangerous to your health

The company checks your id, weight,medical history and photo before they prescribe. They also do an assessment every time you re-order. They are very thorough and resolve any issues promptly. They constantly check how you are getting on with the medical. Very efficient.
