Delivery took 4 days, product probably enviable since the whole package had defrosted, obviously delivery mechanism has changed, but completely failed
Delivery took 4 days, completely defrosted when it arrived, probably jab not viable but had no choice but to use it today. Product is too expensive to be messed up by bad delivery mechanism. I feel very let down and then get no reply as to why the delivery failed so badly and given how hot the weather was the ice pack was too small and completely inefficient

Very worried about this website cannotβ¦
Very worried about this website cannot access with the password I used yesterday to read the doctors comments. Sent link to reset password which I clicked on immediately but link already expired so very suspicious of this site. Telephoned my bank to cancel pending transaction but cannot do it need to give merchant 15 days to deliver. Because I cannot access my account do not know if I have been accepted for the product I requested. Please can someone help.
