Easy and reliable site and registration

The content is very good and it's possible to buy a flatrate. The server-bandwith is very poor. Especially in the evening loading times are horrible. Videos stuck every 5 seconds. Many functions of the website don't work well. It was promised to receive PDF certificates, you need to contact them via Mail for every certificate and it takes 1-2 weeks to get the PDF.

Did a continous payment without notification Contacted them to cancel and request a refund. My access has been cancelled but they won't provide a refund though say that I can access the same items as normal (which is a lie) I would say to keep far away.
