A super slick and very professional exchange and purchase. From initial enquiry to final purchase Giles was excellent. When hunting for a new watch I looked at sites such as WatchFinder and Chrono24 but to be honest their sites felt very transactional and cold. Conversations with Giles using WhatsApp and email were warm and personal, resulting in a much more enjoyable buying experience. I was a bit worried about dealing remotely, but I needn’t have been as everything went smoothly and my purchase was exactly as described. Thanks Giles, another happy customer.
