Ordered Day 2 tests on the 4 day service. Tests still have t arrived. No responses to our emails. No way to contact them.

Would have been excellent except a couple of areas let the service down a little. Firstly when filling in the forms when requesting the service some of the descriptions need to be clearer as to what is requested e.g. Passport with no description as to whether nationality is what is being requested or the passport number, the latter is what is being requested and if you make a mistake you cant correct it yourself. Lastly when doing the actual COVID test at home I could not use my phone to upload pictures for some reason and had to use my laptop camera. The user guide says to use their App but there is is no Now Test App to download, they mean just login and run through the steps online, this was a little confusing. Having said the above I have to highlight that the customer support was excellent and very helpful. All in all a very good service if it wasnt for a couple of frustrating issues

Nothing special and another company making money out of us through covid. Already had tests at home that could have been used but made to pay. Then they pester you to give them a review, well here goes.

Dependent on high level ability using smart phone. Even my wife who has high level of ability struggled. Seems like an exercise in making money for commercial companies, with no assistance to NHS.
