I rented a van for 4 months. After a lot of research I found Northside Rentals to be the best price. The process was easy and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend Northside Rentals.

7th July 2025 Very friendly and helpful staff on the phone when we booked the rental, right on school holidays. We were ready to pick up the car earlier, we phoned them and they got the car ready for us. Receptions staff, helpful, friendly and efficient. We took the car back a week later and same friendly and efficient service was all the way through.
Customer service was very professional and friendly. The truck was clean and ready to go the only criticism I have is that the tail lift was to narrow. The hire cost was very cheap compared to other companies,very good value.
Good quality hybrid car for a very reasonable daily rate. Smooth registration and checking-in service. Efficient shuttle drop-off service to Perth Airport upon return of the rental car. Highly recommend Northside rentals. Have used them several times over the last few years.

We have hired a car from Greenwood for months now due to our car being in the mechanic. The ladies there are exceptional at their job - happy to help with any questions and making it a smooth hassle free transaction . Highly recommend
Very disappointing experience. I paid a $500 bond to rent a car from Northside Rental, but only got $211 back. No receipt, no explanation, no communication at all. I tried reaching out but got no proper response. Feels like they just kept my money without reason. Not professional and not trustworthy. Would not recommend.

When we visit our daughter, we like to be mobile. To this end we have been renting cars from Northside in Greenwood every visit. The cars can be on the older side if you go for the cheapest option, but have never let us down. They are always clean and well presented with no defects. The staff are invariably pleasant and helpful so we'll definitely be renting again on our next visit from the UK.
I have used Northside multiple times and they have always had lovely customer service, an excellent choice of vehicles and all at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future.
