I prefer to order in bulk direct from the website. As well as free delivery I also save with discounts and free samples. either receive my order the next day or the following. I recently had a problem when I reviewed my confirmation email, but a quick email to customer services, it was swiftly sorted. Club 64, which is linked, also gives you tiered rewards and has led me to try new products. I would like the option to have my bulk order contained in, say, a zip seal bag. Rather than so many little plastic pots or a way to return the pots for recycling. It must be costly for the company.
