None of your new flavours taste good. You’ve abandoned your long term loyal customers by discontinuing your classic flavours and products. You have lost me as a long term loyal customer. If nobody gives you honest feedback then what are you going to do?

Super quick delivery, packed full of flavour and I used them recently on a trip abroad due to no smoking in the airports and they did the job. I only required 1 as they were the strong ones but will definitely use them again.

The best nicotine pouches

I'm not experienced with snus or nicotine pouches or anything like them but I know what I like. And it's Nordic Spirit. In a sparkling variety of flavours.

Tasteiness

Made a £250 order of 6mg pouches. About 1/3 of the pouches within the case had been split so the substance inside in the pouches (like sand) covered all the other pouches and get everywhere, leading me to throw these away. I emailed support and heard nothing back. This is the second time it's happened. I wonder if others have a similar experience.

I keep getting reminders to rate a product that never arrived. I saw an ad for a free trial, filled in my details on Nordic Spirits website, was sent conformation and then nothing. Based on not receiving the product I have to give it 1 star as I can't give 0.

I got a free sample, thinking it would be a couple of pouches, but it was a plastic "tin" of 20. I like the round container, which is reminiscent of snuff or "dip" tins that used to wear circles in the back jeans pockets of guys back in Ohio. I was a 20-a-day smoker who switched to vaping about 10 years ago. I have enjoyed the health benefits of no longer inhaling smoke, but carrying around and charging yet another device gets tedious. The pouches work similarly to the nicotine chewing gum, only they don't need to be chewed into a soft ball before parking between cheek and gum. And there's a very wide variety of flavours, similar to vape. Not only have I used the replacement gum in the past, I've even rubbed vape liquid on my gums in a pinch (like on airplanes) so I knew it would work to quell my cravings. I don't need to leave it in long and I like the little reservoir in the lid to stash the pouch when I'm eating, etc. You don't have to use it all in one go. I intend to switch from vaping to pouches.
