I will be honest!!! I was very scared to use these haha. I haven't used them before! However, they arrived... I tried them and they weren't even that bad!! Then I had another a few hours later... and it has actually slowed my smoking down! I think i will buy more!
Great flavour delivered on time
I chose sweet mint. The taste is awesome. Even though the strength was 2 it was hard to handle the tingling, so I used one pouch few times and it really works; I didn't crave ciggaretes. I reccomend the Nordic Spirit, just be ready for the tingling.
