Shocking experience. Dualit toaster purchased from nisbets through Amazon is not working properly. Toaster was collected for a 10-14 day repair. Got it back 8 weeks later after numerous phone calls fobbing me off and it is still toasting way more on one side than the other. Would upload a video if this was an option.

I have ordered from Nisbets before and from the ordering to the delivery, it was much quicker. I think next time, I will shop in store. The product is okay - it says the tea lights last for 8hours but they don't seem to make it past 6. All in all, it's the most reasonably priced product so I will likely make future purchases.

He even facilitated the return of a dishwasher without a water softener for me, which was made clear to me would drastically improve my operations by both Anthony and my plumber. I ordered my things from the Birmingham store for delivery. Firstly the sale man in the shop could not have been more helpful and friendly. The delivery was fast and well packaged i will definitely be shopping from them again.
I ordered lights on 16 December and they were still not here in January. I contacted customer services who said there was a delay. I asked for a refund as I had an electrician arriving in mid January to fit the lights. Nisbets have refused to give me a refund until the lights arrive into their warehouse. As of 24 January I still don't have a refund. I would not recommend this company.
Dealing with yourselves was fine,but when it came to delivery I had problems. DHL brought the carton which was leaking glass fragments on my porch step.I lifted and gently shook the box it did not sound good. I refused delivery,I cannot say if the box was poorly packed or if the delivery company were at fault in their handling methods.
Delivered quickly to my door with no fuss
I ordered a set of knives well before Christmas expecting to receive them within the next few days, at least well in time for Christmas. It was only after my order had been taken that I was informed that the knives were "out of stock". So why had they been advertised if not available? Moral; you cannot trust what is on Nisbets' website.

Easy to order and came the next day which was great as it was a present for my brother also ordered one for myself it’s large enough to grab hold of meat tin from oven good quality will use them again if I need anything.
on the website 4 masterclass storage boxes are 6.11 plus vat on offer and it said £1.53 a unit on the website. I ordered two packs of 4 and recieved 2 boxes only. The website today 24/1/26 says £6.79 on offer and £1.70 per unit. Plus VAT I emailed Nisbets on the 19/1/26 and to date i have had no response .Very poor customer service
