We selected Nest in Blaby and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. They were extremely professional and provided an extemporary service. We were regularly informed throughout the process and received expert and friendly support from the Blaby team. In addition to the great service we received, Nest also provided us with a selection of top quality conveyancers and surveyors to choose from. I can not recommend Nest enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I decided to go with Nest Estate Agents in Norden, Rochdale, to sell my property and I wasn’t disappointed. Danielle, Joanne & Diane did a great job. They always got back to me if I rang and left a message if they weren’t available at the time. I also liked that their contract had no long ‘tie ins’, and they have a set fee, rather than a %, so you know what you’re going to pay from the start. I was updated frequently as the sale progressed. I got excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

We worked with Nest in 2024 and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. They were extremely professional and competent, very helpful and informative which was especially important as we had never gone through the process before, and very kind and supportive through the ups and downs of the process. Would not hesitate to recommend and would certainly work with them again if we look to sell again in the future.

It's always difficult to choose the right estate agent. I have been watching the housing market and noticed that Nest seemed to move their house quicker than most. I was only after a valuation so that I know what my would budget be. However Debbie from your Blaby office came to my quirky house very professionally. On entering the house she promptly removed her high heels shoes so as not to marke the floors. She was not prompted and it's the little things like that, that shows attention to detail and makes for a smooth transaction. Nest and their letting partner Duckletts have helped us this year with the sales of our two houses as well as the short term letting of one of those houses and the purchase of our new house. They were proactive in their sourcing of prospective buyers and tenants, helped coordinate requirements, were flexible in their service and rates were competitive. We would use them again

We have recently purchased a home marketed by Nest Estate Agents. The sale was far from easy and was complicated by a number of factors that required delicate handling. My own estate agents were worse than useless. However, big shout out to Kerry and Sara who went over and above to get this over the line, calling us regularly, even on their days off! They were both amazing and provided a personal touch to the process that was much needed. If you are looking for an estate agent, I would highly recommend them to you.

From Sara walking into our house right through to the completion of the sale we could not fault this company at all. There were issues lower down in the chain and this resulted in delay after delay of completion. All NO fault of Nest, but Kerry was there and sorted things out for us every step of the way. Even Nest could not believe the issues that were happening in the chain. We were getting fed up and felt like withdrawing and staying put, but with Kerrys guidance and understanding, (including dealing with me in floods of tears on the phone), we got there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently contacted the Nest team for advice and guidance to value a property which I let. They knew my circumstances but still devoted their time and expertise in order to help me. Each member of the team were very professional and approachable in their particular role, ending with an indepth conversation with the proprietor. I felt that she had complete knowledge of market trends in my particular location and I trusted her professional judgement and advice totally. Although it is unlikely that I will sell my property through an agent right now, should I ever need anyone to market a property for me, i would certainly approach Nest.

In what seemed like, not the best time to sell with an unsure market and talks of houses not selling. We 1000% chose the right company to sell our house. 3 days and we had an offer of full asking price! What more could you ask for?
