DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a bait and switch scam. In September of 2023 I contacted this company for a transport from Massachusetts to Tampa are. I thought I did my homework and this company got a good rating on numerous sites. I spoke to Harry who gave me a quote of $700 this included his $100 fee that I was told would never go up. I signed the contract. Harry told me not to worry as there were thousands of trucks and this was a popular route. I was told that Harry would check in with me and then finalize the contract a few days before the trip. This made me a little nervous as that would be cutting it close but he assured me that this was the norm. Harry checked in with me once a months to tell me all was good and that there were plenty of trucks on my route. 3 days before the trip Harry said that he was having problems booking my trip he stated that all the trucks wanted more money. Keep in mind Harry stayed at the beginning my fee amount was based on thousands of trucks making this same trip at these exact dates in the past. His company could predict the fee. I was getting nervous. I had my flight the day after the car pickup. Harry contacted me again 2 days before the trip and he stated that the price was now $1400. Double the fee and that his fee was now $300. He apologized and said he did the best he could. I felt scammed! I was stuck and had no choice but to pay the fee. This was clearly a bait and switch scam! But I had no choice and payed. I will never use this company again and I advise no else to. They make you wait till the very end and know you have no choice but to pay their fees. Run away from this company.

Elsa Lewis was easy to work with. After a bad experience with another "reputable" transport company, I had absolutely zero faith in getting my car from IL to FL within my budget. Elsa was open and honest through the process and worked hard to find a driver within my budget. I was flexible with the time frame of getting my car but my budget wasn't. I'm sure that made a difference in the outcome but none the less, Elsa got the job done and kudos to the driver who was excellent in keeping me updated on his eta and got my car to me 2.5 days sooner than expected. Thank you, Elsa and Neptune, for making this experience a good one.
