I have had a digital subscription since September 2024. For a couple months now, I have been able to sign on to the site, but not read any articles. Apparently, there is a problem with the Disney+ link for digital only subscribers. I finally decided to get this fixed, which led to a frustrating two days. Online help is nice, but doesn't support digital only customers, phone call claims I called outside business hours despite being well within the range stated on the message. (I found help independently via Google, and was able to get things working *once* by deleting site cache and cookies, but not a second time.) The articles are really interesting and the photos gorgeous, but it's just not worth the hassle!

Update: Nat Geo did get hold of me -- they had me clear the cache again but also give it 24 hours. I was dubious, but it did work and now I am logging in w/ Disney+ and happily reading the articles. I added two stars because they got it fixed, but not all the way because it was so difficult to get help.
