I have tried to get a Samsung offer from Unidays, but couldn't buy it: Upon clicking on the Activate Discount, it took me to the Samsung website and I could see the offer there. But when I clicked "Buy", it said that I have no items in my shopping basket. I have asked the Samsung customer care representative and he told me that Unidays offers do not work on Samsung website.

Servizio assistenza PESSIMO. Ho avuto un problema con un codice sconto, sul loro sito pubblicizzato come sconto del 10%. Spoiler: una volta inserito prima dell'acquisto era magicamente solo del 5%. Ho contattato più volte l'assistenza, risultando anche insistente, ma sono bravi solo a farti perdere tempo. Ho allegato foto e link del prodotto spiegando diverse volte il problema, ma a quanto pare assumono solo dipendenti con problemi di comprensione del testo. Esperienza veramente pessima.

The offers are not that special anymore.. A lot of the offers are just normal shop offers. Not what I'm looking for on this site. Also half of the exclusive offers i found were not accessable.

Over 7 days trying to verify my account ino customer care is 0 they don’t get back to you I am student waiting to verify my account over a week now

Only National Discounts work. If you are travelling abroad you can't get any student discounts through this platform even though these discounts are available. Pretty much useless for me. Don't see the point of this platform

Mega Erfindung

When it allows you to access the discounts it can be useful for students to save some money. However, getting it to work often feels like pulling teeth. Every couple of months I have to go through the process of reverifying that I am still a student. This process is buggy and returns many error codes thoughout, a the app, website and email system aren't fit for even casual infrequent use. On top of this, the discounts given aren't always significant and often don't work themselves, usually due to the links between Unidays and the store websites being very buggy. Overall the webpage and app are exceptionally slow and buggy, rendering the service inaccessible unless you have a spare half an hour to try and access the 5% discount, with most of that time being spent in loading screens and repeated verification checks.

I liked the simple verification

There is so many benefits to Unidays, from saving money to finding new things to try. Unidays motivates me to stay fit with gym and fitness discounts, as well as makeup and skincare. Every student NEEDS this app, it’s so convenient.
