Learning Online

I am really enjoying my experience with this company and the overall course I am undertaking. The information contained in the online documents pertaining to my course are very informative and helpful with easy access to them all. My tutor is also very prompt in reply and helpful with any questions I may need to ask. The information I may need to seek is always answered in detail and easily understood by me. Overall, I rate my experience as a 10/10 and I will be happy to explore more courses offered by them in the future.

I have absolutely enjoyed studying with my learning online/Australian beauty school. Candice and Elizabeth my trainers have been amazing threw my whole journey! I have been able to complete my brow lamination, brow wax and tint and lash lift and tint certificates leaving with a lot of knowledge and feeling comfortable opening my own beauty salon which I have now opened 2 weeks ago called Missy’s Beauty Bar . I am currently studying my henna brows certificate and so far I am loving it can not wait to add this to my services 🦋💜❤️

Completing this course was great. I have been working fulltime even through Covid-19 as I too am in education. By completing all my units online I have been able to complete my studies in my time at my schedule. If I had any questions my answers where only an email away. I Highly recommend these courses.

Amazing Courses. I started with the MUA corse and am now completing 4 courses with Australian Beauty School. I have now started my own business and on my way to my dream career. I couldn’t recommend these courses enough.

Learning Online was a great way to study. The information and booklets they provide for study are very thorough, and if ever there was a problem with an assessment or a quiz, the responses were always prompt. The teachers were great and so helpful, I was very surprised by the feedback given on assignments - to be honest, I wasn't expecting such involved tutors/teachers - it was a wonderful surprise, and is a great "plus" to the services provided by Learning Online. Online study is a great tool, and Learning Online provides an amazing service. I studied Animal Health and Animal Welfare under the umbrella of Vet Assistance Course, and all the information provided was very extensive. The assignments were easy to follow and prompted self-exploration of the topics being studied. Thank you for providing such an impressive service. Well done.

I was a little hesitant at first but after speaking to Mitch I’m super excited and confident about starting my journey with My Learning Online. Mitch has made everything super easy from start to finish and showed care and compassion to my reservations about the online learning space, I also did not feel forced into it and instead was given information and the opportunity to ask any questions which Mitch was happy to answer. Today I had a face to face meeting on google meet with my tutor. I am very thankful for having this and for the help I received from Candice. I got many pointers, which will help me complete my lash extension course. I definitely recommend having a face to face online meeting if you are struggling, it’s much easier to communicate and explain things you may have trouble with. Thank you

I was so impressed with the help from Phil Tsarouhas , he helped me so much with up loading my videos as I have been unable to get on to learning hub and had asked for help from the tutors who hadn't helped me in 3 months and I was going to put in a complaint to the ombudsman but Phil rang me back straight away was so professional and helped me upload my videos , in his own time on the weekend , also Kirsty rang me back and was great too , as a result of Phil I am now thinking about doing an animal vet course with you guys rather then an advanced grooming course that was offered to me through the other groomers who weren't helping me and I gather the advanced grooming course isn't offered by you guys , they should of done the right thing like Phil and Kirsty did , I am an ICU nurse at The Royal Melbourne and one of my friends is doing your grooming course and I have told her to contact Phil if any problems as so helpful and obviously a genuine nice person which in this day and age hard to find.

I got amazing help when I needed and found the training to be very simple and straight forward. I would highly recommend to anyone. It was great to be able to do this in my own pace from my own home

Such great customer service, she was super clear and explained everything nice and quickly but still explained everything I needed to know! Not to mention how lovely she was!
