This company is a scam — avoid at all costs! I ended up on MyTrip’s website just to do an online check-in for a flight I had already booked. They charged me £1 for something that should be free — which was already suspicious — but a few days later I found out they had charged me £79 for a so-called subscription I never signed up for or agreed to. They never sent me any proper confirmation, no useful information, and absolutely refuse to refund the money. Judging by other reviews, this is how they make money — by deceiving people with hidden fees and fake subscriptions. It’s shocking that banks even allow them to keep charging people like this. Stay far away from MyTrip — they are not trustworthy and should not be in business.
