Where do I start. Hidden subscription fee of £79! Thought I was paying for a one off fast track only to be stung for the full amount several days later. Requested a refund but told this was not possible and was “encouraged to make use of the benefits the full membership brings” Somehow I think as a person who flies 2 or 3 times a year this is highly unlikely to be of any benefit to me. Especially when you consider that the fast track purchased through this site is available directly from the airport website without an extortionate subscription fee. Would urge anyone to think very carefully before using this service and always go direct to the airport website an honest service without hidden fees

It's a scam. Four days after I used their service and paid £1 (no boarding pass I got), they tried to get £79 out of my account. Luckily, my bank blocked it off. Ten days later, they tried to get £79 again, with no avail because I asked my bank to block it off permanently. Stay away.
