Me parece que hay una confusión con el fin de este sitio. Yo he comprado tickets a veces y no me han estafado ni nada, me han servido como tickets normales para ver una exposición. Es verdad que es un servicio lento y algo antiguo, por eso le doy 3 estrellas.

Ce n'est pas le site officiel du musée, il est mis en avant par Google car sponsorisé, c est une arnaque. Les prix sont multipliés par 2 pour le tarif normal , pas audioguide malgré ce qui est dit. Ils vous font payer pour les enfants de plus de 6 ans et c est gratuit. La,faute au référencement de Google. A fuir, des escrocs .

Expensive, not official Museo del Prado Site
This company has a site that very much looks like an official site for the Museo del Prado. It sells the official € 15,- adult entry tickets for € 29,99. The only option to select on this site is a ticket with audio guide, but the ticket you receive after a few hours (and possibly only because I complained), is the bare ticket without audio guide. If you complain, they tell you the additional € 14,99 is for service costs. DON'T use this site, but go to the official site: museodelprado.es! On the official site the tickets are available immediately. After this review I received an email that I should have downloaded their audio guide (not the official one) from their site, which indeed is a link in one of their emails after all. The official audio guide is € 5,-.

Arnaque faux billets musée Prado
Ce site vend des places pour le musée Prado en se faisant de l’argent sur le dos de gens. Il vend des places à 35€ pour les adultes et 17,5€ pour les étudiants alors que les vrais prix sont 15€ pour les adultes et gratuit pour les étudiants. C’est inadmissible, surtout quand il s’agit de la culture
