Expensive, not official Museo del Prado Site
This company has a site that very much looks like an official site for the Museo del Prado. It sells the official € 15,- adult entry tickets for € 29,99. The only option to select on this site is a ticket with audio guide, but the ticket you receive after a few hours (and possibly only because I complained), is the bare ticket without audio guide. If you complain, they tell you the additional € 14,99 is for service costs. DON'T use this site, but go to the official site: museodelprado.es! On the official site the tickets are available immediately. After this review I received an email that I should have downloaded their audio guide (not the official one) from their site, which indeed is a link in one of their emails after all. The official audio guide is € 5,-.
