This travel agency is a complete scam. They take your money and offer nothing but poor, unprofessional service. Their staff is clueless, and they know exactly how to take advantage of customers. Once you demand a refund, they completely ignore you and will do anything to avoid taking responsibility. Do not trust them — they are nothing but frauds. Avoid at all costs!

I had an excellent experienced with this travel agency Manila Philippines. Ms. Allaine Taboada assisted me and my mom with all the documents needed and all any other requirements. In just 2 months my mol was able to pass the interview in the US embassy located in Manila. I would definitely recommend this agency.

A good business should be reliable and trustworthy. that's what I thought of the Prados, business owners, when they offered bonds way back in 2018 with maturity in May 2019; hence, I invested and bought a bond from MPQ worth AED 30,000 with my hard earned money as an OFW. It was an investment hoping that I would gain more and would have a small capital to start my own business upon going back home in the Philippines. However, until now MPQ did not pay me back the bond even after communicating with them endlessly. It is now year 2024 (more than 5 years), I should have been paid back 18 months after buying the bond in 2018. I also bought a bond considering the integrity of Francis Errol Medina as financial advisor by then. I'm only sharing this dismal experience so that others will not be victimized as well.

The business process of MPQ is very reliable and their staff are very trustworthy and accommodating, special mention to Ms. Claire who handled my daughter's visa application sooo smoothly...they will handle everything from flight schedule up to the point of arrival in Dubai...wallah never had jitters. Kudos to MPQ and thank you Claire for bringing my daughter in Dubai.

I had bad experience from this agency. From lockeddown till now they didnt refund my ticket or rebook. I sent emails nobody replies. Please answer my emails. You said last year ypu will book me but you didnt. I didnt went home because of that. If you didnt promise, i should have book it myself earlier. I keep sending email again last month but no reply till now. Please refund my money. Its small but its my hard earned money.
