I used to love Modo. Their daily bonuses are poor. Their links never work. Redemptions are laughable. They used to be the same day, then 24hrs , now 48 hours. I won’t see my redemption until Tuesday. Tomorrow is Sunday smh. It’s only $100 and it took over $100 just to make that. This casino is pointless.

Time for MODO to take responsibility of the money being lost on their games the B's on the golden party 2 betting $2.40 or $2.50 going through thousands and never hitting more than 4 pots or always getting the first two leprechauns and nothing else is absolutely B's bad enough playing other games that Pop and they taking thousands to give pennies!! Was looking for a clean casino platform and stumbled across Modo Casino while browsing on Safari. It’s fast, looks great on iPad, and hasn’t crashed once. You can really see the effort they’ve put into making it user-friendly.

I am a Black Diamond member and Modo is easily the best sweeps casinos in my opinion. I play often and have for a very long time. Please read before using Modo I’ve been using Modo for years, I’ve spent plenty’s of money with them and yes I have won my fair share of money as well. At first Modo was great, fast redemption process, great games great customer service everything was top notch, my favorite online sweeps casino. What really made it great was their vip ranking system, I was and still currently am on their silver III ranking almost to gold. What USED to be great about it was the benefits that came with certain rankings. Because of my level I would get weekly “click n claim” which is pretty much free sweeps to play with. Oh and they used to be great 50 bucks here 30 bucks there 20 bucks a lot of the time. It was the best knowing that you could possibly get some free play multiple times a week. As of late Modo made a complete 180. Now when I log in I only get 50 cents l to play with as a daily bonus. Before, the more days you logged in and claimed the bonus the more of a bonus you get, I’ve logged in 67 days straight and still only 50 cents a day. Enough for one spin. The game play is a little tougher now as well, harder to get anything of bonus. Maybe that’s just my luck or they tightened up the games I’m not sure. Oh yeah, I also no longer get any kind of weekly click n claim, despite it saying that it’s a benefit because of my ranking, and despite the fact of how much money I have played with this company. All of a sudden now it’s “random” on who they give a click and claims to no matter your ranking even though it’s supposed to be a benefit for reaching that rank. I’ve played a lot of social casinos and Modo has turned into the rest of them which sucks cause like I said they used to be the best.

Biggest rip off game is the panther games MODO tells you that they are only the middle man but the company sets the games at modos request The panther game taking in a thousand times what its paying back I have tons of videos to prove it, gotta video tape everything on these sites because they will always blame you and your computer system and becoming diamond on their site is the biggest joke their is losing even more money with no payback on their site!!!! I’m not sure what’s going on with their redemption time but it’s almost like they want to wait awhile so I’ll cancel it and play it through. They take the longest out of the other 10 or so platforms I play on when they used to give it same day sometimes, its unfortunate

On other casinos I won hundreds and thousands from my daily, here I been depositing for 12 months and got only 2 redemptions. Awful, greedy, super tight slots and that didn't changed for a whole year. Zero stars from me.

I’ve reached out to Modo on numerous occasions about when you add money it doesn’t show your balance on the game you’re playing after a couple of spins it says balance is low add more funds. All they say is to refresh, how many times do you have to keep refreshing? Then you add money it shows the amount but once you hit that spin button it goes away. I’ve loss 200 hundred dollars in 2 days on this app due to the fact I can’t see my balance. You’ll have to keep logging out the game to make sure you have money or not. They don’t help you at all but pass you on to the next agent. But have no problem with taking your money. I think it’s best for me to delete this app and just go to the casino at least I can see my money. It was fun while it lasted.
