Customer service sucks

I’ve reached out to Modo on numerous occasions about when you add money it doesn’t show your balance on the game you’re playing after a couple of spins it says balance is low add more funds. All they say is to refresh, how many times do you have to keep refreshing? Then you add money it shows the amount but once you hit that spin button it goes away. I’ve loss 200 hundred dollars in 2 days on this app due to the fact I can’t see my balance. You’ll have to keep logging out the game to make sure you have money or not. They don’t help you at all but pass you on to the next agent. But have no problem with taking your money. I think it’s best for me to delete this app and just go to the casino at least I can see my money. It was fun while it lasted.
