Dommage que ce soit le groupe Proximus...

Je suis sure que cette boîte est très bien, mais malheureusement, ils font partie du groupe proximus et dépendent de leurs techniciens... Cela fait depuis mars que je tente de passer chez Mobile Vikings, mais pour ça, installation obligatoire de la fibre. Et malgré tous les efforts du service client (adorables, au demeurant), impossible de faire passer l'installateur à mon adresse... Ce sont des installateurs proximus, qui se désistent, ne préviennent pas et ne viennent jamais au rdv. J'aimerais vraiment pouvoir dire du bien de Mobile Vikings, mais vues les circonstances, cela devient compliqué, et ce, entièrement à cause de leur rachat par proximus...

Mon épouse était en france et son forfait a été expiré. or elle a un abonnement avec la possibilité de dépasser son forfait. Elle fut bloquée car ne savait pas télécharger son billet retour. J'ai téléphonner au sav, qui me dit qu'il ne savait rien faire car une facture n'était pas encore payée (or domiciliation, et date non dépassée). Je demande comment on peut ajouter de la data meme en payant. Impossible et impossible de discuter avec un responsable. a fuir

Beste provider tot hiertoe

Kan op elk moment een ander abonnement nemen of vernieuwen, kan mijn facturen halveren via viking deals of zelfs op nul zetten door via deze weg aankopen te doen. Bij een vraag krijg ik altijd zeer snel antwoord of een oplossing.

More than six weeks and over 50…

More than seven weeks and over 50 reminders to Clients service. I was tempted to give only one star if any at all because of its Clients "service", which is the worst that I have come across so far. It took more than seven weeks and more than 50 reminders to finally get a reaction that proves, if at all necessary, that its "service" has not even bothered to read any of the reminders. There is a service in support of consumers, which is "Test Achat". When this service gives its blessing to a particular company, it is used as publicity. Mobile Viking may be a good company when it comes to package deals, but for clients like myself who only opt for pre-paid credit, getting attention from its Clients "service" is virtually mission impossible. It claims that it is possible to contact the Clients "Service" through Whatsapp (+32 456130693). This is pure fabrication. In its message of 11 April 2025, it has the impudence and impertinence to request the details of the problem that I was having with my SIM card, which clearly shows that it has completely ignored the contents of my request and the more than 50 reminders sent. I have never known such a disgraceful Clients "service", and I cannot imagine any other that is worse.

Ik had reeds verschillende ervaringen met de klantendienst van Mobile Vikings, zowel via mail als via de telefoon. Je vraag wordt snel en correct behandeld en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Eigenlijk wordt je probleem heel snel opgelost. Dit is een zeer groot verschil met bijvoorbeeld de klantendienst van Telenet of Bol.com. Ik raad Mobile Vikings aan!
