Your site says instant and my phone is still locked after paying $24 for your service. I have now spent 2 days trying to get my phone to work after being your customer for more than 10 years. I will never use At&T again. You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Shocking , still waiting -over 33 days for my phone to be unlocked . Does not answer any emails . The telephone number is never answered always the same message …currently receiving high call volumes . SCAM save your money and choose another company. First charge £12.99 then a further £34.99 to complete the checks !! 33 days later still waiting yet they give a 24-72 hr time frame for completion.

Easy to unlock and follow the process

Scam ,paid £11.99 to unlock an old phone ,then wanted another £45 to continue with the procedure ,didn't bother . Checked trip advisor and found other people saying same thing .
