Overall a very good company to deal…
Overall a very good company to deal with. I only gave four stars because the payment was very slow and I had to chase them up. Having said that, it was resolved quickly. Secondly the prepaid address is for standard mail with no insurance, yet they strongly recommend a higher standard in postage and insurance, so they don’t actually end up paying for you to send the phone to them. Overall I would recommend this company.
