It was our first time renting. We where hesitant but the renter had such great reviews, so I felt confident it was ok, since other people already stayed there I knew it was not a scam. We rented this super huge apartment in NYC, It was better than a luxury hotel. I got to be a real new yorker doing groceries and walking around in the neighborhood. The host was so accommodating helping us with flight options and what papers to bring to travel . I would use micazu again just to be able to stay in the Chelsea luxury apartment because you not only have the best experience but make new friends

We booked a cottage in Holland which was ok and the booking process was seamless. However, I wrote an honest review about the dangers for children and old people because of the stairs to the upper floor and recommended paying for a final cleaning as the owners were particularly fussy. This was immediately deleted by the owners because it reduced their average star rating. Therefore I would not trust reviews from this site again!
