Nothing but good things to say… especially packaged and timely delivery of product. Instructions are very straightforward and quality is superior to others. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. This was my first experience with them and will definitely not be my last.

Buyer beware! If these are truly veterans, they are dishonorably discharged ones! They basically are not reasonable for anything. I wish this allowed to post pictures. I would show how their return policy is listed. 50% charge on an already overpriced item. I am stuck with a $20 product that cost me over $112! We were misled by the pictures that are not with the product. Shop elsewhere or be sorry and out of your hard earned money. This retired disabled veteran warned you.

Multiple orders never received and Jesse the owner lies multiple times over and over until it's too late to do a chargeback

By far the worst company I have EVER delta with laughable order fulfillment times I'm convinced they don't stock anything and just take orders untill the have enough to get to the min needed to get a shipment from China. Complete joke

Went to the webpage, made an order, paid for it... never got any follow up about my order, they never replied to my emails asking for the status of the order, it was never shipped of course, so after a little bit more than 1 month of no communication at all, I just did a claim of the charges with my credit card and thankfully got my money back.

I've ordered almost every product from MFC. The quality of each product is built to last with simplicity in mind. Each order, aside from the special Made to Order products, arrived within the given time frame. You can tell their products go through a very strict Quality Control process. Some of the best on the market for the KL platform, hands down!

My experiences with MFC Offroad has been fantastic. Jesse is very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate his customer support if/when the need arises. Searching online some will talk a lot of crap about MFC Offroad but I find pretty much all of that to be untrue as their is also a whole Facebook group dedicated to doing nothing but making false statements regarding MFC in an attempt to steal customers away.

Amazing products i waited and got my order ahead of the timeframe mention on the website, the quality is very good i will buy again thank you MFC for making products for the cherokee

I contacted Jesse, Owner of MFC Off-road on multiple occasions. He provided valuable insight for my issue, that was NOT an MFC Product related question. It was a KL Cherokee issue. I have ordered 10+ products from MFC that are of high quality and overall durability. I highly recommend MFC Offroad parts and customer care/service.

MFC was very help full when I had to speak with someone over the phone for some installation assistance. Spoke with Jeremy and he guided me through each step of the way

This is not a company! This must be a guy in his garage! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They WILL NOT Answer the phone, they email back days later at midnight and are not helpful at all, I spent thousands of dollars on their long travel kit and the jeep is undriveable! The will not call me back! RUN AWAY!!!!

Took 3 months to get some strut clamps for 2017 cherokee. The co kept saying they were lost in the mail and they had to make a new batch. When they finally arrived, the product looked hastily manufactured and had sharp burs in most of the bolt holes that had to be removed with a knife. Will not be using this company any more.

I placed an order on the website for a Fuel Door Upgrade on March 8, 2024. The website shipping policy says “Please note that some orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.” I sent an email on March 27, 2024, asking for a status update because I had not received one. I was told I can expect tracking information “over the next couple weeks”. I responded that I wanted to cancel my order and wanted to be issued a refund. I sent two follow up emails on separate days again advising I wanted to cancel my order and wanted to be issued a refund. To this point, I still haven’t gotten a response, still haven’t been issued a refund, & I don’t have the purchased Fuel Door…

Absolutely terrible company. Do not do business with them unless you enjoy being lied to and having your money stolen. They simply do not give a crap about you, about their business model, about their own shipping policies, nothing! And once you have an issue with them they’ll make excuse after excuse after excuse after lie after lie just to keep your money. It’s also damn near impossible to get a refund for anything. They will hold you money and force you to file a claim with your credit card or money transactor. This place SCREAMS fraudulent. Do not touch with a ten foot pole!

Ordered in November 2021 and received the product in late January 2022. Came broke out of the box. Went back and forth with the owner until May when I was told the item would be replaced and they stopped contacting me.

Absolute joke of a company 4 months and counting for product shipment. They will not answer the phone or return an email. Ordered springs March 31 2022 Partial order sent after 3 inquires about order. April 20 2022 Still waiting on the bulk of the order Today is august 9 2022. No reply’s. In Mastercards hands now

Fantastic company to deal with. I have made well over 10+ purchases and always willing to work with me on any issues or hold ups in the delivery time. I highly recommend them for cherokee KL aftermarket parts and upgrades.

Buyer beware this company likes to argue with their customers. Tell them days later of a ridiculous made up policy to try and get out of a warranty claim. They also keep deleting or filter my negative review on their website. Will never use this company again!
