I placed an order on the website for a Fuel Door Upgrade on March 8, 2024. The website shipping policy says “Please note that some orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship.” I sent an email on March 27, 2024, asking for a status update because I had not received one. I was told I can expect tracking information “over the next couple weeks”. I responded that I wanted to cancel my order and wanted to be issued a refund. I sent two follow up emails on separate days again advising I wanted to cancel my order and wanted to be issued a refund. To this point, I still haven’t gotten a response, still haven’t been issued a refund, & I don’t have the purchased Fuel Door…
