Good product delivered on time

I returned a Christmas order in Early January as it arrived broken and you could see it was broken through the packaging yet they sent it anyway. No way it was damaged in transit. I returned using the locker system and they picked it up the next day. We are now at the end of March and today i got an email saying item received, refund issued. 3 MONTHS to do a refund? That is absolutely disgusting and i will never use them again. Suggest you do some digging before placing an order as they do nothing quickly.

I still have not recieved my order and it's been a week. The order was damaged so had to order a replacement and now it says that order is delayed.

I shown the item to my son as he like marvel and dc things and wanted me to order him the iron men helmet. It didn't take long to come. Was really well packed. He loves it thank you. Would definitely recommend to anyone
