Ordered bricks on click and collect. Was told I’d get an email when ready for collection. Days later I receive a phone call saying the bricks weren’t in stock! Got a refund but now window fitter has been put back. Check stock before taking money!!

Pretty poor, took the online order for pick up of garden waste and the money. Then cancelled by email saying I was out of the catchment area, yet Melbros came up in a Google search as "Waste collection near me". Then had to wait days for a refund of the money, very disappointed.
