Staff really accommodating, good products, more accurate delivery advice would earn the last star. Is it asking too much to be advised delivery within a half day interval when placing the order? If you can't tell me then when it's important why should I order? Responding that no one else performs better declines the challenge and doesn't make you a stand out Supplier.

Although website confirmed free delivery when I placed my online order I was contacted a short while later to say I was very slightly outside the free delivery area and it would cost £30. Begrudgingly agreed to the charge and confirmed delivery Monday 13th Feb. Surprised when delivery (Bricks, Sand, Cement) turned up at my door on Friday 10th Feb with no forward warning. I was not ready to receive delivery and so had to store items in a not ideal location and then move them all for a second time.
