The experience with medisupplies was brilliant cannot fault it especially when I had to speak to them regarding the delivery company, however the delivery company was terrible. They didn't deliver on time, claimed they tried and left card which was untrue rearranged and failed to deliver again, couldn't guarantee that if rearranged for another time it would be delivered. In the end had to collect it myself.

Excellent customer service. I didn't manage to receive my product because I was out and it needed to be signed for within a tight time window. This was outlined on their website but I missed it. My fault. I emailed them about it and in their response they did everything they could to help me. Great customer service. You can be confident this if anything goes wrong, they'll do their very best to help you.
