My product (Urostomy/Ostomy O-ring "bracket" + velcro belt) was ordered and delivered without any difficulties/issues and in a timely manner (actually delivered 2 days EARLIER than the website's AI estimated delivery date) Will DEFINITELY order from this company if & when my medical needs and/or delimas call for such a well stocked company

my order was 9 days getting here
my order was 9 days getting here. normal time has been 4 at the most. i order urostomy bags and when they finally arrived boxes were damaged and all bags were scattered and some damage. couldn't send them back because i needed the ones not damaged. a lot of money spent to receive damaged supplies.
