Waited 10 days for delivery universal…
Waited 10 days for delivery universal fitting doesn’t fit asked for return slip so I could return it and request refund. Still waiting. You requested picture of item sent, made photo available. Still no reply. Sent picture of item to be replaced, still no response. I’m amazed that you would request a review from me considering all that

My father was having some balance issues & said he thought he might want a cane, so I looked on line & found one of your products. I bought it for him & he’s been raving about it ever since.
