Your product was useless

I ordered a dermabond applicator from medical mega. These pens only have a two year shelf life. The one they sent is already almost expired. Also since I did not create an account I can't return it.

Update: Company did reach out and resolve the situation. I changed my review to three stars because of the hassle and need for me to constantly follow up. Ordered plastic storage container. It came with one of the locking handles missing and a second locking handle was broken off and floating around in the box. Tried to return item for refund but they will not send shipping label for me to return the item that now will not seal closed which is the reason I ordered the storage box in the first place. Will never use the company again!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service. Web site says that they will pay shipping when item is defective but once I emailed them and pointed out that product came with broken and missing parts, they ghosted me and have never answered my email.
