The box of test strips was to expire in January 25, which is unacceptable. I called and after many tries I finally had someone answer the phone. She kindly said that she would have a new box sent with a longer expiration date. I received the box but it was exactly like the one previously sent. I am very disappointed.

Took far too long for the medication to arrive, and at checkout there is no option to upgrade shipping. I orderdd this medication for my 72 year old aunt and sadly she never got it, because she flew back home to Peru. I will be returning the medication for a full refund.

I have been trying to reach on phone but it is saying we’re closed where as there website was showing open .Iwanted to cancel the order as it has not been dispatched till now Really sad with the customer service
