A highly professional team, excellent facilities and systems, and a friendly atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by my case manager who enabled the whole process in a seamless manner.

The whole experience was great. Arriving in Istanbul I was picked up by Jon and taken to my hotel. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed for my stay. Next day Jon picked me up and took me to my appt, everything was great and the staff there are amazing and cater to your every need. After procedure Jon took me back to my hotel for the night, next day went back for cleaning/laser treatment. I had to stay an extra night but it was no issue just had to pay a little bit more. All in all the experience was wonderful. I’m recovery (11day), and can’t wait for the results to kick in.

Right from beginning till the end, everything was above and beyond expectations. Specially delighted with brother Can Özdemir for his tremendous hospitality, support and for help on every step for Hair Transplant. Hospital was good and so the staff. Highly recommended for the Hair Transplant.

My experience was seamless and one I recommend. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly from the minute I landed at the airport til the minute I was dropped off. Very informative, made me feel at ease, answered any questions I had.. the process was clean and carried out in a safe and quality environment.

Great experience. The agent was very helpful the moment we arrive in Istanbul for the procedure. Accomodation was Good. He even gave us a quick tour of the city. However, during the application of anesthesia I was in pain. The rest went smoothly after the anesthesia kicked in

Went for a hair transplant and although the flight overseas was pretty difficult (from US), this place, the people, and their service made it worth it. The price is very affordable, the quality is top notch, and I was accommodated very well. I’m still healing and waiting for my final results, but the progress looks good so far. They also give you an English speaking case manager (program assistant) that was very helpful and guided me through the entire process. Very solid experience overall.

My hair transplant experience with Medical Center Turkey was nothing short of exceptional. My case manager made sure everything I needed to know about my trip was communicated to me; whether it was information about coming to Turkey, what I needed to do to prepare for my HT, what I needed to do for recovery, and even how to relax and spend time in Istanbul, my case manager was there for me. They spoke English very well, answered any questions I had, and kept in contact with me constantly so that I was never confused. The package I paid for was the Gold HT Package, and I was incredibly satisfied with the whole package. My stay was comfortable knowing that my case manager would drive me around as necessary. The hotel I was staying at was very nice and close to many local restaurants (some of which my manager recommended me; they were great!) as well as a shopping mall. My operation itself was an FUE and took around 6 hours for 3400 grafts. It was not the most comfortable experience, but obviously it's a surgery and the doctors/nurses did their best to help me when I felt pain. They were very nice, and my case manager was there to help translate if I had questions or concerns during it. The operation was handled smoothly and professionally. After the surgery was over, I was super numb and woozy from anesthesia, and my case manager took me back and gave me instructions on how to rest/heal. The first few days of recovery are very crucial, and my case manager gave me specific instructions including videos which were very helpful. Overall, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Medical Center Turkey. If you are looking for not only a hair transplant surgery but also a comfortable, relaxing trip to Atasehir in Istanbul, I highly recommend Medical Center Turkey.

Very nice and professional experience from all the staff involved. Everything went as planned, I cannot find any faults with the service, or the surgery. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone else looking into getting a hair transplant.

Everything from beginning to end was very well explained. The translator and guide was very helpful in making me understand all the steps. Made the trip a lot less stressful. All the steps were given to me to follow and responded very quickly when I had a question afterwards. Amazing service

John and the nurses were so kind. I felt comfortable, safe and well informed the entire time. The stay at the hospital far exceeded my expectations and looked more like a hotel room than any hospital room I’ve ever seen. John went above and beyond to make sure my experience was 5 stars. I am also extremely happy with the results of the septorhinoplasty performed by Dr Erbil Kilic, I appreciated his feedback and expertise and never thought I could love my nose as much as I do now. Strangers have even commented on how perfect my nose is, which is something that never happened before! I have even referred someone to Dr. Kilic because I truly don’t think I could’ve had a better experience anywhere else.

My sister & i went for lens replacement, the staff at the hospital were very efficient and we were very happy with the care that we were given. Everything was so organized, our transport, At the hotel Dedeman, we had a lovely stay there the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone travelling to Turkey for surgery. The people were so happy to have us there. Thanks to all the lovely people we met over there Sue our translator & Hati the young lady at the hotel who always had a lovely smile on her face
