I received my order quickly. Altho, I sent 2 emails regarding the sausage that came with my package. 1 package looked great, the other looked terrible, very discolored green/ brown. I wont risk eating it. I sent pics with my emails, but never got a reply. Not pleased with customer service.

So far I have had two orders from Meats2U. I like supporting this business because I understand it is veteran owned. I am a veteran of the Vietnam War and very active in the American Legion here in Cambria. Okay, here is my question. The steaks we had and the rack of ribs we had were okay but when they defrosted them and took them out of the packages there was a light green slime and a slightly OLD odor. My freezer is good and it is about 0 degrees. We are sheltered in place and as soon as the packages arrive, I take the pacs out and into the freezer. They defrost in the refrigerator which is 38 degrees. The meat tasted okay after seasoning the steaks with Montreal steak seasoning and the ribs with a dry rub and then Tony Roma rib sauce but I am just a little concerned. I had this same kind of issue with the big company Omaha Steaks a few years ago. What do you say about this grayish green color and slime and slightly old smell?? I am not putting this on Facebook since I want to hear from you about this.

Love their meats. Everything comes packaged well for safety and durability in a timely manner. Pricing is comparable to store pricing but taste much better and you can just taste the quality.

The shipping was fast. The items were packaged nicely. I just found some of the things I ordered were too spicy for me. However the steak is the best I have ever eaten. The ribeyes were fantastic.

Always arrives promptly. Already packaged for the freezer. I have tried different cuts of meat I normally do not buy. Each has been good. The bacon is my favorite with different flavors.

Extremely fast shipping-despite COVID delays I received the next day. It was a triple digit very hot day when they delivered. It was outside for awhile but the packaging kept it still solid frozen when I opened.

Everything came as advertised and was great to eat. I will be ordering again
