I purchased the overalls from here and the fasteners (4 off) would not fasten properly. I contacted the company and they told me to hit the fastener to bend the ‘spring’. I did this carefully and it immediately broke. These fasteners are very poor quality, cheap items. I am very disappointed with my purchase and would strongly recommend people do not buy from here.

The clothes look very good and are of good quality. The customer services are on the ball replying to my email immediately but… And it’s a big but (!) if you want to return them, you have to return them to China. And pay for it. I have pointed out to them that they should put that on the website. Sadly, I won’t be buying from them.

Ich habe einen Canvas-Overall bestellt, der vom Schnitt und Stoff her eigentlich sehr gut gefällt. Der Canvas ist robust und angenehm, und das Design hätte mir zugesagt. Leider war die Ware aber nicht wie beschrieben: Die Knopfleiste ist nur Zierde und hat keinerlei Funktion. Der Hosenschlitz ist zugenäht. Der Reißverschluss ist nicht nutzbar, da er nur von innen bedient werden kann. Zwei der vier genieteten Bronze-Bundhaken sind defekt und lassen sich nicht schließen. Der Bund der Hose hält dadurch nicht zusammen. Noch enttäuschender als die mangelhafte Verarbeitung war der Kundensupport: Trotz mehrerer Mails und Beweismaterial in Form von Bildern und Video wurde der offensichtliche Defekt nicht anerkannt. Stattdessen wurde ich immer wieder um neue Videos gebeten – als müsste ich Regisseur spielen, um einen klar sichtbaren Mangel nachzuweisen. Das Ganze wirkt wie eine Hinhaltetaktik, anstatt ein Problem kundenfreundlich zu lösen. Am Ende blieb mir nur der Weg über PayPal-Käuferschutz. Fazit: Gute Idee vom Design, aber mangelhafte Umsetzung und ein Kundendienst, der Kundenbeschwerden nicht ernst nimmt. Keine Empfehlung. I ordered a canvas overall, which at first seemed promising – I really liked the cut and the quality of the fabric. The canvas is robust and comfortable, and the design itself would have been great. Unfortunately, the product was not as described: The button placket is purely decorative and has no function. The fly is sewn shut. The zipper cannot be used, as it only opens from the inside. Two of the four riveted bronze waistband hooks are defective and do not close, so the waistband cannot be held together. Even more disappointing than the poor workmanship was the customer support: Despite providing several emails and clear evidence in the form of photos and video, the obvious defect was not acknowledged. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to record new videos – as if I had to play director just to prove a clearly visible issue. This felt like a stalling tactic rather than a genuine attempt to solve a customer’s problem. In the end, I had no choice but to open a PayPal buyer protection case. Conclusion: Nice design idea, but poor execution and a customer service that does not take complaints seriously. Not recommended.

I ordered a jeans salopette, worried about offering online having had bad experiences . But everything went perfect...my salopette are beautiful with a perfect tissue. The size Is perfect...the Company followed my experiences in the best way. I Will order again
