Machine Mart Ltd Reviews

Had excellent service and delivery. Great product as described. Good communication

Arrived on time. Machine very robust

Great item quick delivery

Used MM for years. Never any problems. Great products and service.

The item I ordered went missing in the post and as soon as I notified them that something was wrong, they immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next working day. Very good customer service in my experience.

The time from ordering (l bought a Clarke CDP152B drill press) until it was delivered was very quick, even arriving a day earlier than estimated. Great no-nonsense service. The drill itself is very good, and suits my needs exactly.

exultant service very helpfull

Purchased a Clarke CML 3 motorcycle lift. Very heavy item. Had some concerns about delivery after being contacted by courier company. Specifically about the unloading of the item as it’s one unit, weighing in at 160kg and an awkward shape. Expressed concern to Simon in Machine Mart customer services. He sorted it all out for me. Very professional, and to be honest I was a little surprised at this level of service. Machine Mart have gone to the top of my list as a supplier and I fully recommend.

I have a product on backorder and they have kept me up to date on delivery times. Only thing is, I don’t think I should have been charged at the time of ordering, if product not in stock!

Excellent transaction throughout. Communication was perfect and timely and appropriate. Order delivery was swift and smack on time.

Didn’t get it yet

Arrive ok ,everything was there and all worked ok.

I still have not received my order, chased twice and no update on delivery date. Very Poor

Build quality excellent, sprayer works a treat.

Fairly simple order process and delivered on time thank you.

As always with Machine Mart, a really healthy choice of tools & equipment for the DIYer. For this review, I'd returned to the company for some more garage shelving to add to what I'd previously purchased quite some years ago, I'm pleased to say the very same item was still available and the purchase this time around was almost seamless and in good time, delivered on-time too. Well done MM, keep up the good service.

The Royal Mail unbelievably couldn't find the address and sent the parcel back to the seller, yet the seller was so kind to post it to a different address free of charge. Top service.

Delivered as arranged fine

Had an emergency due to a broken sewage pump and the man in the shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they had non in stock but he was happy to order one in for me as soon as possible. In the meantime, I managed to repair my pump, but the cancellation process was easy and I received a full refund much faster than expected. Would highly recommend machine mart for their fantastic service
