Ordered online, other unopened returned to Machine mart shop with receipt for exchange for different item only to be abruptly told you’ll have to send it back to where it came from !! Needless to say I won’t be going again !

Just been into machine mart Bradford what an amazing service from Cameron will highly recommend

Good value product. Very quick delivery.

Good value Easy return

Martin at your Exeter branch was very helpful and the young man who carried our purchace was polite and patient Thank you for a great service

I have used Machine Mart for some years now and have always found them reliable and the items purchased good value. The range is very wide and I have not yet been in a position where they do not have an item to answer my need. Age is no longer on my side so needs decrease but I still use them when need arises.

Great company, never had a problem.

I have been using machine mart for the past 30 years and they all great service and professional products

Customer service response after a £4 part took 2 months to arrive and then promptly fell apart was utterly dismissive, frankly verging on rude. If someone takes the time to write in about a £4 part, listen.

Ordering and delivery fine. However, as noted on other reviews the bench worktop and bottom shelf are unfit for purpose.

quick delivery good price

Fast service, and item well packaged.

Easy ordering, good product, reasonable price. Delivery timely, arrived within predicted date.

I was disappointed that the reciprocating saw I ordered was damaged and had clearly been used before. However I was pleased Machine Mart arranged a courier and replaced the tool very promptly and I have been pleased with the replacement.

Fast delivery driver did a excellent service of dropping my parcel to my garage

I have had tools and bench saws and other things from Machine Mart over the years and always found them to be of good Quality and good workmanship at reasonable prices, I will always buy my tools from this company, well done Machine Mart.

While on holiday in France I reached out to the Bradford store to find out about some tools that I needed. I only had one day to pick up the tools as I was on route back home to Swindon. Kam at the Bradford store responded immediately to my email and kept what I wanted aside. I was able to pick up the tools and do the job that I needed to do before travelling home. Great customer service from Bradford Machine Mart and a call out to Kam.
