Product arrived with connectivity issues that took weeks to resolve. While customer service eventually helped, the initial experience was frustrating. Quality seems good once everything works properly.

Product quality is decent and most features work as expected. Had some minor issues with the mobile app that required updates to fix. Customer service response time could be improved.

High-quality product with innovative features. Setup was straightforward and the user manual was helpful. Only complaint is the battery life could be longer.
