We had grant work carried out by LMF Energy Services, including dry lining insulation, heat pump, solar panels, including changing radiators, upgarding fuseboard, fitting hgh pressure hot water cylinder etc.
I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)
From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience.
Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable.
The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much
Arrived when arranged. Electrian excellent and very clean finish left. Installers very efficient and professional. Fixed loose tiles while they were installing. Would recommend.
First class service by a band of professional workers polite fast and clean hick up with scafold as it took out internet but all is fix now pannel erectors first class and electrician top man all compleated tidy and finished a happy mr and mrs myall cheers lad's
This would be zero stars if I could give it. The most disappointing thing about writing this review is that I didn't expect the company to do such a bad job. I had really high hopes. But frankly I have nothing good to say and would not recommend to anyone.
The wall insulation was fitted well by a great guy, who came into my house and was very respectful. His work was then completely destroyed by 2 lads who came in to tape and join, who literally destroyed our house, worked until a stupid time on a night and seemed only bothered about getting back to their girlfriends, None of the walls were left in a state to paint as it could not be undone, so have all had to be lined with thick paper to hide the mess they made. This meant because they had made such a mess (the dust and dirt was literally every-where) we, including my young daughter, had to move into our touring caravan during the extremely cold weather in Jan and Feb 23 (this should not have had to happen).
The plumbers left radiators hanging from the walls. My water tank was undersized and only after arguing the point with the company did they come and replace it for the correct size (they put in a smaller tank than I originally had). I was on several occasions left without hot water and heating in 2 of the coldest months of the year.
We then had 2 men come in to try and correct all the poor workmanship of the previous 2. However, they didn't finish the work to a high standard and left nails sticking out in my daughters bedroom, put the skirting board on top of the carpet, which looks stupid and just generally didn't do a good job.
When the solar men came to do the job, they had a plan of the wrong house. This all went on for nearly 3 months. I am now left with an unpaid bill for works I have had to do that LMF haven't and I'm unfortunately going to have to take legal action. I also still have not received any paperwork for the completion of the works.
So personally no I would not recommend as to this date I am thousands out of pocket and left having to take legal action against the company.
we had solar panels fitted by this company and every thing went brilliant the boys who fitted them were really good and the sparky etc were so friendly .The work was finished 5 weeks ago but trying to get the hand over pack and the MCS Certificate is impossible its now been 5 weeks i have rang them several times and emailed ,and still nothing .we even contacted rural energy savings to try sort it out and we are still waiting .After all the sun we have had in the last month and we cant do any thing with it as we cant register the panels with the energy company. The problem has now been sorted with the help of lisa in the office as i said before this company has been amazing apart from the little hic up at the end but its all sorted now and would recommend this company to any body many thanks team xx
I had solar panels installed last year by Lmf and 12 months on I am really impressed with the money I am saving on my electricity, They did a fantastic job, as soon as the scaffolding was put up they arrived soon after and the job was done.The team did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left, I am really happy and I would recommend them to anyone who may be thinking of having any energy saving jobs done.Thank you LMF

LMF did a brilliant job installing a heat pump solo panels and wall insulation. The workmen who came out to do the work carried out a brilliant job and respected my home and cleaned you after then self's very night. They was very polite and nice to talk to and answered any question we had. now we have had all the jobs done and the house is a lot more efficient and warmer. The solar panel and heat pump means we can have the hot water on all the time.

From first point of contact LMF were efficient and explained everything about the installation of solar panels. Even down to the surveyor who came, who was polite and very professional. The scaffolding team worked extremely hard to ensure to process was swift, and were also supplied with plentiful of coffee. The solar panel installation team was again efficient and left the property tidy. I would highly recommend there service as proficient and professional with high standards. All the while showing great customer care and an extremely friendly team every time contact was made. Great company
