We had grant work carried out by LMF Energy Services, including dry lining insulation, heat pump, solar panels, including changing radiators, upgarding fuseboard, fitting hgh pressure hot water cylinder etc.
I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)
From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience.
Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable.
The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much
Arrived when arranged. Electrian excellent and very clean finish left. Installers very efficient and professional. Fixed loose tiles while they were installing. Would recommend.
So happy with my solar panels the company was brilliant kept in touch at all times making sure I was happy with everything going on and the guys fitting them were fantastic so happy I would definitely use again if I moved
We had a few hiccups to start with over starting dates but ended up with two fantastic installers, polite and accommodating when I had to leave them with the key and an open house. Very trustworthy. Would highly recommend the company
LMF Energy Services made a fabulous contribution to our charity by installing Solar Panels at our Runcorn centre. From start to finish Lisa and the guys provided exceptional customer service, and were incredibly respectful of working around our business needs. There was no mess, minimal noise and no disruption as they completed the work. and we are extremely satisfied with the work. Be very careful with this company. Seemed to only communicate via WhatsApp, didn't do remotely what they promised (in fact didn't do anything) and then it took me weeks and weeks to get them to actually give me my deposit back.
Finally have at least got my money back so just wasted a lot of effort and six months with them...
Update: To be fair their response below was prompt and maybe this was a one off. For the avoidance of doubt Solar Together also got 1 star as they were ineffective and they just allocated all the blame to LMF!!
My system was installed as promised, on time and all the contractors were pleasant and efficient. (The electrician was particularly good).
Everything seems to be working perfectly.
Turned up on time really polite got straight on with the job very good job very little distribution which was welcome as I’ve 10 month old twins and brain cancer so was good not to be disturbed
Extremely happy with solar panels fitted, very quick and easy process. Very professional throughout. Highly recommend. Completely cut my electric bill by at least 70%
