Really pleased

We had grant work carried out by LMF Energy Services, including dry lining insulation, heat pump, solar panels, including changing radiators, upgarding fuseboard, fitting hgh pressure hot water cylinder etc. I was really impressed by this company.. the communication, the workmanship, the pleasant and co-operative staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend them (rare nowadays!!) If you are considering LMF and would like to view their work on my place then I'm fine with that (LMF job ref was ECO4-2235)

Absolutely fantastic

From the very beginning to speaking to the girls on the phone to the men completing the work, this was a great experience. Every team who came to the property were respectful, hard working and approachable. The core LMF team worked none stop, they left the house clean and tidy and we're very conscientious. Decent men and lads who were all very friendly and polite. Thank you very much

Arrived when arranged

Arrived when arranged. Electrian excellent and very clean finish left. Installers very efficient and professional. Fixed loose tiles while they were installing. Would recommend.

I am so disappointed …

I am so disappointed with LMF energy services, when first contacted they were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, the first sign of trouble was when the surveyor turned up he couldn’t drill to check if I had cavity wall insulation as he didn’t have the material to plus the holes, then I had to supply a pen and paper so he could record the measurements! From having the surveyor in a few months ago I have had extreme difficulty connecting anyone for an update of the installation date, we are running out of oil but don’t want to pay for a delivery then a week later have the oil boiler removed! UPDATE We have now finally got our solar panels up and running, over 8 mo this since the survey. I was not happy with how we have been treated and wrote to the directors stating this, I had an acknowledgment email but never got an answer to my questions. Final update. Do not use this firm! So unprofessional it’s breathtaking. Have emailed the director Lisa who replied to my initial review and am now being ignored. The workers left my property a tip inside and out, the second electrician drilled into our grandson’s bedroom and slapped some mastic into it and told me I need to paint it as it’s not their responsibility! I am still in the process of lodging an official complaint with the relevant bodies.

Delays and mix ups. Terrible communication

The people responsible for installing the solar panels had the wrong phone number for me and so came without notifying me. I was not home and I didn't hear anything from them for weeks. In the end they came weeks late. It took them two days to set up the scaffolding when it should have been 1 day. After installing the solar panels they said they would return after 7 days to remove the scaffolding, however I am still waiting several weeks later. I contacted the company and asked them for a removal date and they said they could not give me one. This has delayed me marketing my property as I cannot take external pictures with scaffolding present. It's a shame really because this company installed loft insulation and modern heating systems adaquately, however lately they.seem to be over conmited

Great to a point....

Fantastic up until survey was complete, and papework was signed. From that moment, communication basically stopped. We were given several dates, that were missed, even had a scaffold up for Solar, installers even spent 3 hours sat on our drive in a van, waiting to install (after knocking the door etc) and then just drove off without a word. LMF didn't seem bothered or like they want ed to help, in the end frustration boiler over and we asked for the scaffold to be removed and the install canceled, currently looking for someone else - shame really as started so well.

excellent customer service from the office,to the men doing the work from scaffolding to panels on the roof to last but not least the electrician. All were clean and tidy and very polite
