I have placed an order more than 2 weeks back, and is stuck at Delhivery for more than 10 days.no way to contact the seller or cancel the order. It's a hoax! Please don't trust the seller or website.

This is a hoax website - I ordered for a hair mask and paid 3.8K , they showed ordered confirmed and even put up a dehlivery tracking ID for 2 days then now it shows as delivery cancelled by the seller ( on logistics website) and even the website isn’t available Update to my original post( on feb 13th) - I recently received a package with the item ordered and thought oh the seller did send it although late and without communication and thought let me update my comment but stopped myself and decided to do so after I used the product! Lo and behold - the product shipped was FAKE , there is no seal and look, feel seemed alright but the smell was quite strong - I thought perhaps i was overthinking it and gave it a try! My usually soft and shiny hair was transformed into dry brittle fried looking mass of unruly hair that shocked me! I had to immediately wash it again and used my regular conditioner and shampoo and my hair was visibly much better after! This made me wish they had never shipped me the fake item in the first place rather than go through this! Seller is not only a fraud but malicious for sending some toxic fake product in the place of the original one! Avoid this website like the plague for your own good’
