Wished we had known about Caravan Estate Agent when we first put our lodge up for sale. We were not allowed to put a for sale sign in our lodge, so this limited our options for marketing our holiday home. We were really attracted by reviews on the Caravan Estate Agent site but still thought it would take some time to sell our lodge. However the process for registering our lodge on the site was really straightforward and the team member we dealt with (Mandy) was really helpful. She told us they only send people to view who they know are really interested, and not time wasters, as we explained we were not up at the lodge all the time, so didn’t want to be making unnecessary journeys up there to show people around. Soon afterwards, Danielle got in touch with us on a Friday to say a gentleman was interested in a viewing and put us in touch with one another. The gentleman came up on Sunday and loved the lodge and we agreed a sale. He was the first person we had shown around, and all within a week and a half of registering with them. I would definitely recommend Caravan Estate Agents. They find out what people are looking for and match them up to sellers. Thank you Mandy and Danielle for all your help.

I have been trying to sell my lodge for over a year with no success. Fortunately a friend recommended Mandy. She is friendly, knowledgable and very efficient. We had 8 years on our site but due to health reasons needed to sell our much loved lodge. The site didn’t help us and I didn’t know where to turn to. Thankfully I was told about Mandy and approached the Caravan Sales Team. Mandy took care of everything despite a pandemic on the horizon Mandy took excellent photos and marketed it on the right media sites. We used Caravan Estate Agent to sell our static caravan, Mandy has been fantastic from start to finish she sold our static caravan very fast. Mandy is very knowledgeable not only about all types of caravans but about the sites they are on and know all the relevant people to speak to on caravan site. this takes so much stress and time doing it yourself. Absolutely amazing first class service from start to finish. First contacted them via messenger, replied to us straight away. We arranged to view a caravan we'd seen on Facebook Marketplace. They fitted around us rather than us having to fit round them. We'd loved the caravan through the pictures we'd seen. Not once where we pressured to buy as is often the case with sales people. Mandy left us to look around at our own pace. She explained about deposits and site fees etc. Then left us to think about it. We decided to go ahead as we fell in love with the quirky caravan. Mandy then opened up the shop (it was actually her day off). The shop is fab and we'll worth a look if your passing. We paid the deposit and had everything explained to us. 48 hours later and we are the proud owners of a lovely caravan on a lovely site. The shop has a fantastic array of caravans and lodges that are for sale, both on and off site. They can have an off site caravan sited for you or like we did chose one on site. Would I use them again. YES . No sales pressure, just lovely down to earth people doing a first class job. 10/10 Well worth a visit to shop, wish I'd known about them in the past. Takes away the hassle of buying a caravan

Mandy introduced me to someone selling a lodge with professionalism and enthusiasm. Mandy and her team worked tirelessly to sell my caravan. Although my caravan was in very good condition the park it was on had very high site fees. Mandy advertised the caravan on several websites and social media, she kept me informed with regular updates on traffic and views etc. Mandy told me-to keep my nerve when I was going to reduce the price and she secured a sale at a good price.
