Company has gone into administration
Company has gone into administration. Ive not been paid from a recent successful case. Ive now been advised that UK Legal Services failed to submit a document to the courts, and now my case likely been thrown out and money lost. Just another example of Broken Britain. Rogue operators, running dodgy companies. Which close and then reopen under other names. Whilst doing a runner with any profits. Leaving the consumer out in the cold.
Insolvency Imminent
Have just received an email from them to say they are about to appoint Administrators as the business is involvent. No mention of this on their website though! I had an awful experience and complained to the Legal Ombudsman. I was awarded compensation. I feel sorry for all those who will be impacted and end up with nothing.
4 months after being asked for payment…
4 months after being asked for payment details for them to send me the money I was awarded - nothing except 1 email saying they had delays in processing payments, despite sending them details and emailing several times they are no longer responding to my mails - so guess they are just keeping money for their office party. Further action will be taken

They are very quick with sorting out your claim and telling you how much your get but pay is very slow I'm still waiting and they told me in May how much I would be getting its now the end of July

Rip off merchants
Rip off merchants, mis sold me a service to claim back monies payed for a mis sold service!! You couldn’t make it up!! Do not use. In response to the reply below : As stated the fees and conditions of my claim were not in my opinion explained in detail at all. I emailed 6 times to ask that they take no further action but never got a response. I also spoke to 3 different people and requested the same yet you continue to persue against my wishes. Absolutely disgraceful company who prey on the vulnerable
